Terms of Service

To use TotalRupee, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You must provide a valid email address and unique username during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One person may not maintain more than one active account

TotalRupee is a personal finance management tool intended for lawful, personal use. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any Indian law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission

TotalRupee offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features as described on the Plans page.

• All payments are processed manually via UPI — submit your UTR number for verification
• Plan activation occurs within 24 hours of payment verification by admin
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Plans auto-expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of first payment — Full refund eligible
• Technical issue preventing access — Full refund eligible
• Duplicate payment charged — Full refund of duplicate amount
• After 7 days where plan has been used — Not eligible for refund

TotalRupee and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by TotalRupee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• The TotalRupee name, logo, and branding are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Your financial data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over data you input
• You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service

TotalRupee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any financial calculations
• We are not liable for decisions made based on data displayed in the app

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TotalRupee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for financial decisions made using data from the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice in serious cases.

• Accounts may be suspended for violation of acceptable use policies
• Accounts may be terminated for fraudulent payment submissions
• You may delete your own account at any time by contacting support
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

These terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable Indian laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the in-app Announcements section at least 7 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of TotalRupee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
